Full service, my foot. DON'T LET THEM OPERATE ON YOUR PETS!!! (See my review)
Dr. Kernes and Ed were amazing with my special service cat, Raider. He is sensitive to anesthesia. They took extra precautions with him during his surgery. Love them. Turst no one else with my babies. Especially my lifeline, Raider!!!!
we called Buckner several times last week and we left messages but to this day no noe has respobded back to us. What's up with this
Dr. Jeffery Pruitt, DVM was the best Vet we ever used to take care of our fur babies in the last 10 yrs but I am not impressed with this new DVM who bought Buckner Animal Clinic. Their qualitity has dropped down and they try to nickel and dime the customers. About 3 weeks ago they did surgery on my baby's ear and it hasn't gotten better. We miss Dr. Pruitt and his compassion.
I just called kuz i got text about my dog need services. First nobody has contacted me to inform me of changes regarding LOW COST VACCINES dates has changed & apparently going keep one day of WEDNESDAY onlyšŸ¤” it use be Tues-Thurs & 1st Sat. Weely.

Im complaining on Monday since Manager not in on Saturdays but their OpenšŸ¤” i can get reminders in mail & texts about services but not about IMPORTANT CHANGES.

This 2nd time these folks make MAJOR CHANGES & i find out by calling for something else or like 1st time go in get Pill to find out NOW they making sure Heartworm test has be current for type pill Monei was getting, add the NO WARNING they be discontinuing this pill šŸ¤” i found out by going to get pill WHICH i got last one to find out i have get from online pharmacy.

I think this place need to improve on EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & if you remind customers for services THEN inform customers of changes.

Times arent same & i might need find a new vet permanently. They say you pay for what you get & cheap vaccines with nonExcellent Customer Service.

Trust i stop going WONT MAKE A DIFFERENCE but this post will.

Im thru giving my lil change to a company makes changes & not thinking of inconvenience of PAYING CUSTOMERS.
How much is it to get a small dog's (Chihuahua) teeth cleaned? She is five or six yrs old.
I found this dog yesterday on Prairie Creek Rd next to Crawford Memorial Park. He has fresh stitches from being fixed. Do you guys recognize him? I am trying to locate his owner so I can return him. He's very sweet!
Please help locate! She needs her insulin! She is a diabeticšŸ’”
My pomeranian had ACL surgery with Buckner Animal Clinic we kept telling the staff that he wasnt healing. He had oozing area on his knee which they never investigated let alone addressed. After several appointments without any results we decided to take him to another vet. The new vet discovered the pin in his leg is slanted (instead of straight to support his knee) and it is pushing through his skin trying to come out. Not only is he in a great deal of pain and unable to walk he now has to have another surgery to remove the pin we paid Buckner $1500 to put in. I trusted Buckner and they made my dog worse than when I first brought him into their office. I want my money back so I can pay for the surgery to fix the surgery Buckner did. They dont care about your pets they only care about money! Be careful trusting Buckner Animal Clinic with your pets it could be a big mistake!
FOUND this Siberian Husky on 12/27/2019 near Bruton and Masters. No collar, tags or microchip. Friendly but untrained. Weighs about 40 lbs. If this is your dog, please send me a direct message.
