Hey y’all!! I have a confession to make…I allowed myself to get off track and didn’t follow my own meal plan…BUT …I took a good look in the mirror and checked myself! 🥺
I usually do not stress over weight, but I was a lil heavier than I was used to, it was either stick with it and go shopping or..follow your plan.
✅I started intermittent fasting and following my own meal plan and I lost 4lbs in one month!
🎉🥳 Now that may not mean a lot to you, but I NEVER lose weight…I never really try to lose it, so I’m proud of myself!

Today was an exciting day for me…I have been investing in my buisness so much this year with continued education, rebranding, and strategizing growth. I finally have taken the leap to sign on the dotted line for a commercial kitchen to be more efficient and legit.🤩 This shared kitchen is the perfect fresh start for to cook for you each Sunday and it will also enable me to work vendor shows, parties,etc. I absolutely love this journey of growth for myself, my business, and my family. I sincerely appreciate each and everyone of you who have contributed to the success of , I can’t wait to see what God has in store for the future!
