Let’s get those turkeys moving! Our Turkey Trot Obstacle Course helps kiddos work on balance, coordination, core strength, and motor planning — all while having a gobble-tastic good time! 🍂💪 🟠 Gobble Walk: Kids bend their knees and waddle like a turkey to build lower-body strength and coordination.
🟠 Waddle Balance: Balance along a line or beam while holding ‘turkey wings’ out wide — great for core stability and postural control!
🟠 Flap Wings: Kids flap their arms and move from station to station, working on bilateral coordination and body awareness.

We love turning play into purposeful movement!

🍂 Cozy fall days are perfect for working on fine motor, sensory, and coordination skills—right from home!
Try these OT-approved activities:

🍎 Apple Stamping: Cut an apple in half, dip it in paint, and stamp on paper! Great for grasp strength, hand-eye coordination, and exploring new textures.

🍁 Leaf Rubbing Art: Place a leaf under a sheet of paper and color over it with crayons to reveal the shape and texture. Builds hand strength and gives great sensory feedback.

🎃 Pumpkin Scooping: Use spoons or small tools to scoop seeds from a pumpkin! Strengthens hand and finger muscles while providing rich tactile input.
