Mya is passionate about supporting moms through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, bringing both skill and compassion to her sessions. She’s trained in therapeutic, sports, lymphatic, and prenatal/postnatal massage and she’s ready to help you find relief and renewal. ✨

Fun fact: she loves pistachio lattes, Thai food, yellow roses, and relaxing to The Beatles or jazz 🎶🌹☕

🌸🐾 A Personal Share 🐾🌸

Today, my heart is heavy as I share that my sweet Marley (2012–2025) has gone to heaven. 💔

Marley was more than a dog he was my first baby, my protector, and my loyal companion through so many seasons of life. He was there on my happiest days when I got married, when Elizabeth and Madeleine were born and he was there in my hardest moments too. Always faithful. Always loving. Always watching over me and my family.

He had the funniest quirks from his love of chewing up any paper he could find, to his sneaky way of making food “magically disappear” from the table without leaving a single crumb. He filled our lives with laughter, comfort, and unconditional love.

Though my heart aches, I’m grateful for the years of joy he gave us. Marley, you’ll always be my “peluche,” and I will miss you forever. 🐶💖🌈

Sending love to anyone who has ever had to say goodbye to a furry best friend their love is truly one of a kind. 💕

If you’re pregnant, postpartum, or deep in the daily work of motherhood, your body goes through a lot. It’s common to wonder:

“Do I just need a massage, or should I see a pelvic floor PT too?”

Here’s a quick breakdown:

✨ Massage Therapy helps with:

Have you read our newsletter? It’s been a bittersweet moment for us as we bid farewell to our dear friends who have become like family at The Nest. Lilies Healing Hands was established in Addison with immense love and gratitude, but it’s now time to continue growing 🌱 at our Frisco location within Grounded Wellness 🏠

2023 a year to remember so many up and downs, but we continue strong providing Massage and Body work helping all mamas BEFORE, DURING and AFTER pregnancy. We had the opportunity to have space in Dallas and Las Colinas which I loved but unfortunately did not work out, I am grateful for the wonderful women Amy and Alyssa and their Team and Dr Crystal and her team from . I am been more than blessed 🙏 I added 3 wonderful therapist to the team, we added Personal Training from one of our great Therapist Wendy. To finalize my hearth is filled after serving so many new moms as I am to continue to see all the beautiful mamas who continue to come back to see us after many years💕 for their husbands, parents and even babies. Thank you’ll for all your support. We wish your 2024 filled with love, happiness, health and prosperity.
