This is paleo bread from Unrefined Bakery in Dallas. I put my hand next to it to help show the size. Add 1/6th of an avocado, pinch of Himalayan sea salt and a tiny drizzle of Rosemary Olive Oil. Amazing snack!

Cauliflower has some fun ways to be prepared and taste yummy for the pickiest eaters. Tonight's dinner is a family favorite: Cauliflower Fried "Rice". Rice the cauliflower in a Food processor. Add to hot skillet with coconut oil. Toss in steamed carrots and peas, scallions, and coconut aminoes. Push the rice to the side and scramble 2-3 eggs in the center. Mix together and enjoy!

One of the most misdiagnosed conditions related to gluten has to do with hormones. So many doctors focus on gluten and the gut (indigestion). The reality is, hypothyroid, adrenal hormones, testosterone, and insulin can all be dramatically effected by grain consumption.

I LOVE Austin dives and the healthy food!! Just found Picnik Cafe and they are 100% primal. I chose butter bone broth with MCT oil and ginger, and a coffee cake almond flour muffin. Why not?! They blended the bone broth and it's so frothy - I've got to do this at home! . Down 4lbs in two weeks.
