Health Education Balanced Approaches to Long Term Wellness and Optimum Performance Long term wellness and optimum performance require a balance of all five pieces.

What We're About: We are organized around the belief there are five major pieces to the health puzzle. 1) Body detox (cells to bowels) 2) Eat healthfully and optimum nutrition. 3) Fitness (includes weight, exercise, alignment, rest, immune system, etc) 4) Minimum exposure to environmental hazards. 5) Maintain a healthy psyche (stress levels, goals, communication, beliefs, self concepts, etc) Health advice from all sources usually fits into one or more of these 5 categories. Likewise, a shortfall in any one, will be a game changer for your health. Isolated solutions are abundant. The purpose of this Health Education Page is to provide a contest for all the health information your mother told you, all the articles you've ever read and the thousands of other such inputs, which often conflict, and confuse us.
