If you attended our last sound healing event at Into the Well Collective you know that we focused on sound healing for the nervous sysyem learning ways to regulate using sound and movement.
On November 23rd from 2:00-3:15 I’ll be back at Into the Well Collective to build on that practice with an emphasis on Gratitude. Gratitude can help strengthen the pathways in the brain that are associated with thankfulness. Gratitude also activates areas of the brain that regulate emotions, memory, and bodily functions, including the amygdala and hippocampus. It also activates areas associated with feelings of bliss. It can trigger the release of neurotransmitters and hormones like dopamine and serotonin, which can contribute to feelings of happiness and pleasure. Lastly, it can help calm the nervous system by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps with digestion and rest. This can help lower blood pressure, heart rate, and breathing. I cannot wait to share these gifts of sound and prayer with you during the season of change. Sign up now and save your spot! https://intothewellcollective.com/class-schedule
