If you are trying to reach us, we apologize that you are unable to do so. For non-urgent needs such as questions, medication refills, etc. please message us through your patient portal. HealthCore is now scheduling flu shot appointments! Patients may call (972) 284-7000 to schedule flu shot only appointments for September 28, 2015 and beyond. Of course, if you have an appointment scheduled before then, please discuss the need for your annual flu shot with your doctor during that appointment!
