Anxiety can be crippling, but there are ways you can try to manage the symptoms at home. Exercising, meditating, and practicing breathing exercises are great ways to help you stay grounded and focused on what's real and around you.
If you have persistent anxiety and it's starting to interfere with your life, it may be time to see a professional. To make an appointment, give us a call at 214.351.3490. Walk-in hours are available but vary by clinic location - to see a list of locations and hours, please visit our website at ChildrenAndFamilies.org.

The demand for mental health services continue to rise - and we're here to meet the need. Affordable services, eight clinics across seven counties -- we're bridging the gap.

As Black History Month comes to an end, we want to highlight Dr. Mamie and Kenneth Clark and Dr. Prosser for their contributions to the mental health field! Their research sparked conversations about the harm of discrimination and segregation on black children. These studies were cited and used to end segregation in schools.
