It’s the little things in life that make me happy! New running shoes and important running essentials🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Coach Tip: Change your running shoes out at least every 450 miles! If you are wearing every day I recommend getting two pair to swap out! Over time your shoes lose shock absorption and can lead to injury. just like you, your shoes need to recover to maintain absorption and will last longer!
