Labyrinth Ladies last night during the cold, moody evening. My friend went before me (her first labyrinth!) and came upon a muddy spot. She chose to step off the path and onto the bricks to get over the mud. I thought, silly friend, you can’t just skip over the muddy parts of life, you need to trudge through. I chose to step into the bed and immediately regretted it 😂😂😂. Why would I do that when there is a smoother way around? It’s a slight martyrdom that I hold, it ties into my people pleasing issues.

Got my witchy kitchen magic going. Our last harvest before everything DIED this morning consisted of infinity mustard greens, all herbs, onion, garlic, a few remaining teeny potatoes and tomatoes. 🍅 🧅 🥬

Add some pasta, mix it all together and what do you get?! A delicious version of Ikiaran’s Longevity stew! It’s freaking amazing and so packed full of nutrients to keep us well.
