To whom this may concern, My family has been customers and clients of Optical Gallery for years. During my recent visit just after Christmas, I was met with the absolute best display of customer service that I’ve ever received. Not just here at Optical Gallery but anywhere. Less than a few minutes into the store she helped me decide on a fabulous designer frame (Tom Ford) I believe. She cleaned and replaced nose pads on my existing frames. Courteous, polite, helpful, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction are just scratching the surface of describing our experience with Emily. She had fully taken care of all my needs and beyond In minutes of my arrival. Note: the gallery was quite busy this particular day. That had no bearing on the great service Emily was able to render to my partner and I. I’m truly grateful for the exchange with Emily. I believe Emily’s energy is an huge asset to all things great going on at the Optical Gallery. Thanks for everything! Happy New Year!
