It is the Bubonic Plague, being distributed by an army of infestation of obliteration of the American Health Crisis! As the flex duct is compromised by these RATS chewing through them, allowing a vacuum effect; distributing the unbound insulation. They use these flex duct airways as a tunnel and drag the insulation into these ducts for their nests.
