Mini Hooves of Love Miniature Therapy Horses Mini Hooves of Love, is a non profit 501c(3) charity. Sometimes we need someone to simply be there, not to do anything, but let us feel cared about.

Our handlers/horses are all registered with PetPartners. We are a non-profit organization, serving the DFW area, who schedules visits to bring smiles to children in medical care facilities, children with disabilities, schools, geriatrics, veterans, first responders and their families. We also offer an Anti-Bullying program to schools and groups of children called "Just Say WHOA To Bullying". Hospice visits are provided as requested. We can arrange for Scouts and groups to work on badges or service projects. Outside of DFW with special arrangements.

Believe we have populated the rest of the pics from our visit to Children's Medical Center Dallas except one that will be posted this afternoon. We love and are honored to have the response we get here. As you know we don’t post the children that come out for privacy reasons, but the staff makes up for it. They need this moment to regenerate to do their duties.

Good morning, Monday!
It’s rainy here so let’s spread some sunshine ☀️ with pictures from last week’s visit to Children's Medical Center Dallas! This is the first of a few as we had lots of staff come out. The weather was pretty near perfect.

Rain isn't here to bring sadness. It is here to bring a later promise of sun, newness, and hope and some people are like sunshine on a rainy day.

We are thankful, grateful and blessed beyond words for each donation - big or small - it all matters to us. And we appreciate all our volunteers who help support us through this and to all the those who tolerated and help us with pictures.

It’s North Texas Giving Day y’all and we are out making a day of it. Currently setting up at Ronald McDonald House of Dallas from 11-2 so come out and visit us. Video taken at Children's Medical Center Dallas after visiting with them yesterday afternoon. We had 75 people come out to visit in the hot Texas sun!!!

It's North Texas Giving Day y'all!! Thursday, September 18th.
Please remember to donate and that all donations are tax deductible and mean the world, no matter how much!

Anyone who knows me, Kelly, will know the two Non Profits that I am all about, the two organizations that mean absolutely everything to me. This will be a long post, but please don't miss out on why these are worthy of you giving to.

Mini Hooves of Love Miniature Therapy Horses was started by my parents and I. This is our ONLY fundraiser of the year so we truly need your help! We have been extremely blessed with the donated van that was customized for the mini's and human's two years ago and have been using it to go out on visits since! We need funds for visit insurance (separate from PetPartners), van insurance, vet and Farrier costs and daily expenses including Forgage/Hay/Feed/Suppliments, vest and boots, gas expense, uniform shirts for handlers and t-shirts for volunteers, printed materials, such the mini's individual trading cards, brochures, bookmarks and business cards. Also stuffed horses that are small and kid safe to give to patients, we've not been able to afford to do this still since preCOVID. We do not charge for visits, so all funds go towards helping us continue to bring smiles to those who need them most. We really need your help, we were hit hard by the COVID years and still have not recovered. ANY amount is truly a blessing and will help keep us visiting those who need the calming therapy of a mini horse.

In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue and Educational Center is my other heart nonprofit that I very much enjoy volunteering for.

Jacque and her mother came to us back in January of 2021 and was 11.5 years old at that time. She jumped in and helped with chores around the barn, learning how to care for each horse. She was go enthralled in the horses that she became a registered PetPartners Handler, one of the youngest they had. Now in High School, her academics takes her away a lot but she has that special skill with all our animals and she is very talented with photography as well.
How does all that tie in with North Texas Giving Day you ask? It provides her with healthy animals to work with, her attire when she goes on visits, as well as the proper attire for the horses. There is actually a lot involved but time is running short as tomorrow is the BIG DAY! We need your support and donations to make sure that we can provide healthy horses and equipment for our volunteers to work with. Early giving is in place now but if you’re waiting for the big day … don’t forget - set your reminders as NTGD starts after midnight tonight. We are a long way to our much needed goal. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
