Big news in Alzheimer’s research!

The Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC) just released results from the groundbreaking U.S. POINTER study, exploring how lifestyle choices like diet, exercise, and staying socially connected may help protect brain health and reduce dementia risk.
