Indeed, it takes a conquering type of mentality to display an excellent mind, body and spirit. It has always been God's plan for our bodies to perform at an optimal level. Wanted to take the time to say thank you to Halfprice Books, my family and friends who showed up and/or came to support during my FIRST solo book event! Yes, it is work occupational wise, however it is also another form of work when it comes to planting seeds. Often times over the years, I would think "what are some "TOP DAWG" principles that matter on a daily basis? πŸ€” Meaning....what are some STAPLES πŸ–‡πŸ“ŽπŸ–‡ that I should cling to?? I believe that if we follow this "Decree of Three Life Pillars", these are some of the ones that can take you to the HIGHEST of HIGHEST ☝️☝️☝️ levels.....and then some in order for us to be the ultimate person we were created to be!

From December 2005 to August 2014, I worked in customer service call center environments. ONE ☝️ thing that is a MUST is that for those who sit through most of the day, here are a few things to remember:
-----------------------------------------------------
*Avoid rounding your back. True research shows that if this is done over time, it can result in low back pain, bulging discs and disc herniation. ONLY McDonald's should have arches. 😁
*Retract your shoulder blades and always sit UPright ⬆️↗️. Be sure your head doesn't go forward because the more forward it goes....it will add more compression force to your cervical spine. This can result in one having a knot in their thoracic area [upper back] over time. Head and spine should always align.
*Use lumbar support to help keep your back straight. Not ONLY will this help you to be POSTURED for GREATNESS, but also remember that your earsπŸ‘‚πŸΎ, shoulders and pelvis (hip area) should all be in unity! βœ… Natural inward curvature of the spine is maintained. .
Let's keep those BACKS outta WHACK so they don't get JACKED! Make it an EPIC Wednesday!

In order for us to ACE itπŸ₯‡πŸ₯‡, let's FACE it: most BRUHS want to build mass πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ....[or at least increase in strength], especially in the UPPER body area πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ🏽. To ensure you have an ARMored up (πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚πŸ˜) resume in regards to your physique, here we have Reverse Grip STRAIGHT Bar Curls (EZ grip is more preferable). What you see πŸ‘€ πŸ‘€ is the forearm being FLEXED at the elbow & the grip is PRONATED (palms down ⬇️⬇️). It's PURPOSE is to keep the elbow STABILIZED when you're performing fast flexion and extension movements.
***DO WORK***
*Speaking of elbows, keep them by your side the entire set (when performing CURLS, the heavier the WEIGHT is....the more likely your elbows will move) About an INCH of movement is OK.βœ…βœ…
*Flex your triceps at the ECCentric portion of the exercise (at the bottom), then pull the load back UP ⬆️ near the clavicle area (in other words, curl about 80% CONcentrically which is at the top portion of the exercise).βœ…βœ…
*Keep your stance in SOFT-KNEE mode and your feet hip width apart (just outside hip-width is fine as well).βœ…βœ…
*REPEAT and do NOT accept DEFEAT!!!
