Resistance training is the most effective method for boosting your metabolism and burning body fat mass.

By focusing on compound movements such as pressing, squatting, hinging, pulling, & lunging, you create a stimulus for skeletal muscle development.

Skeletal muscle mass are metabolically active tissue that require energy. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

More muscle mass = higher metabolism.

As I always say, โ€œyou canโ€™t out training a poor dietโ€ so in addition to training to build muscle, your nutrition plan should match your exercise plan.

Eat to fuel. Eat to perform. ๐ŸŽ

๐Ÿ’ฅ Eliminate the all or nothing mentality. You donโ€™t need everything to be right in order for you to make it happen. Start where you are and just get it done with what you have.

๐Ÿ’ฅ Donโ€™t overthink it. You can get stuck if you let your mind wander. Itโ€™s OK to start and make adjustments wherever needed.

๐Ÿ’ฅ Allow yourself some grace. Even if itโ€™s not perfect and wasnโ€™t your best, be proud for getting started. Focusing on the positive rather than the negative is more likely to inspire you to push harder next time!
