During our Leadership Summit, we introduced something deeply meaningful: Reliant’s partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
We were honored to present a $10,000 donation, alongside an additional $15,000 gift from the Abdallah Family Endowment — and to launch our Employee Giving Campaign across the organization. An 81-year-old patient was admitted to Arbor Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center through our partner Marquis Healthcare’s UrgentSNF direct-admission program following a hip fracture and surgical repair.

After an unsuccessful home discharge, he required a higher level of post-acute support. Upon admission, he needed assistance with self-care, mobility, and transfers. His goal? “To go home!”

With coordinated care from our medical team, nursing staff, and personalized physical and occupational therapy, he rebuilt his strength and independence.

✅ Independent with self-care at discharge
✅ Ambulating household distances safely
✅ Navigating stairs with confidence

After just 15 days of sub-acute rehabilitation, he returned home safely with his wife and home care support.
