🙏 One of our firefighter brothers needs our help. Tom is a Dekalb County firefighter. He is one of the best and has always worked hard to improve the firefighting profession. He has been a local union rep and has served on the Professional Fire Fighters of Georgia board. He is currently recovering but will need help with his medical bills. Tom always helps a brother or sister in need and now we can return the favor.

Irish heritage is firmly planted throughout the fire service.

Dating back to early America; job opportunities for Irish immigrants were usually limited to dangerous professions such as police and firefighters. With that, the Irish took pride in their work and incorporated their traditions into their work.

Without Irish heritage, we wouldnt enjoy many of the traditions that we've become accustomed to in the fire service; including the iconic pipes and drums.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! May the luck of the Irish always be with you!
