Noyau Wellness Center uses an innovative collaborative approach working with the mind and body to achieve ultimate healing, success, and fulfillment. Offering a variety of therapies and treatment options, Noyau Wellness Center employs: Counselors, Nutritionists, and Massage Therapists.

At Noyau, we believe counseling is a collaborative effort between you and your therapist. Our goal is to gain an understanding of your uniqueness and individuality while actively working to help you learn about yourself in order to make the changes that lead to a happier, more fulfilling life. We create a warm environment where you feel free to express your innermost thoughts, feelings, desires, and goals within a trusting, non-judgmental, and open relationship.

Most of us are aware that good nutrition is key to living a healthy lifestyle. The old adage “You are what you eat” taught us that. But new scientific studies concerning Behavioral Health Nutrition offer an expanded outlook on how effected our mental health is by our food choices. At Noyau Wellness Center we see nutrition as a cornerstone in the foundation for physical and emotional fulfillment.

Massage at Noyau Wellness Center is designed to offer relaxation while also providing the rejuvenative effects of bodywork. We have learned that treating the mind without treating the body is why so many forms of therapy seem to get us to a certain point but never to a state of contentment. We recognize both are one, so we have integrated several forms of bodywork into our practice.
