âIt didnât work.â The most common complaint in supplement reviews. And honestly â it applies to every brand, including ours.
So how do you actually know if your supplement is working? Three ways:
1. If youâre not measuring, youâre guessing. Get bloodwork before you start. Retest after 60â90 days. Compare numbers, not feelings.
2. The stop test. Taking something for 3+ months? Stop for two weeks. If nothing changes â it was never doing what you thought.
3. Track one specific thing. Not âI feel better.â Pick a measurable outcome â joint stiffness, recovery time, sleep hours. If after 60 days your metric hasnât moved, move on.
The uncomfortable truth â some supplements wonât work for you. Not because the supplement is bad, but because your body doesnât need them or the root cause is still there. The supplement canât outwork a bad habit.
When buying supplements, donât buy hope. Measure, verify, decide if it works for you. That simple.
