What I love most about teaching is sharing the message of unconditional love 🤍✨

Much of what we call love is still tied to personality.
We love the traits we admire, the behaviors that please us, the stories that make sense to our minds.

But something beautiful happens when love deepens.

The distance between the one who loves and the one who is loved begins to dissolve… until subject and object quietly become one. ♾️

In that space we begin to see beyond the surface.

Beyond personality.
Beyond the good and the bad deeds.
Beyond ethnicity, economics, background, or status.

All the costumes fall away. 🎭

And what remains is the simple recognition of soul meeting soul. ✨

When we truly see each other there — beneath all the roles we play in this life — we realize love is not something we manufacture or earn.

It is what we are. 🤍

Our essential being can do nothing else but love. 🌎💫

· You eat the food when it arrives (Receiving/Allowing).
· You don’t run into the kitchen and cook it yourself (Micromanaging the How).

Stay open. Stay aligned. And let the universe handle the logistics

The first weekend of 2026 Teacher Training at Gaia Flow Yoga is officially in the books—and wow… what a powerful, love-filled beginning.

A room full of brave, open hearts.
A circle of devoted souls ready to lead with presence, integrity, and love.
Future teachers who understand that yoga is not something we do—it’s something we live.

Dallas, get ready. These beautiful humans will be holding space, guiding breath, and leading love-based practice on the mat very soon. 🌿🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

So deeply grateful for each one of you—for your courage, your tenderness, your laughter, your willingness to show up fully. This is how communities are born. This is how love moves forward.
