Here’s how to link your device:

1. Open the Healow app on your phone.
2. Tap the Menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
3. Go to Trackers → Devices.
4. Choose your tracker (Fitbit, Apple Health, etc.) and follow the prompts to connect.

Your steps, heart rate, sleep, and other wellness data will now appear in your Healow profile—keeping you and your provider connected to your health goals! 💚
