We’re proud to recognize Charles Sinclair, our incredible Plant Operations Director! Charles has been dedicated to facilities maintenance since 2013 and plays a vital role in keeping our building safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

This week, he’s hard at work ensuring all of our HVAC systems are ready for the summer heat—just one example of the care and attention he brings to our community every day.

Originally from Jamaica, Charles moved here in 2012 and brings more than just expertise—he’s also an amazing chef! His specialty? Authentic Jamaican jerk chicken 🌶️🔥
