Caregivers Connection 4U offers customizable in-home care, including sitting with your loved one in the hospital or other facility. Our caregivers specialize in providing a calm, friendly environment for our clients as well as providing top quality assistance ranging from meal preparation to light housekeeping to personal care. Senior Housing Choices 4U will help you by doing the footwork and visiting various housing choices that will fit your need. We review independent living communities, assisted living facilities, and Alzheimer care options. Senior Resources 4U helps in finding the available resources to help with quality of life and "aging in place." These resources might include Veterans Aid and Attendance Benefits, long term insurance helps, respite care, elder law attorney, and much more. Senior Care Management 4U is available to families to manage care for their loved ones. We can provide set up of medication, order medications, make daily calls/visits, find resources they may qualify for, make doctor appointments, take to the doctors, monitor home health, and much more. We assess, plan, monitor, problem solve, and will advocate in a variety of ways. We can be your eyes in your loved one's life. We hope we will be able to assist you or direct you in your need.
