She adds, “Even if a person has a family history of heart disease, we can still prevent and treat heart disease…” (Cho, 2021)

When you exercise for at least 15 minutes a day, your body releases chemicals called endorphins.
Endorphins interact with receptors in the brain that reduce your perception of pain. They trigger a positive feeling in the body similar to that of morphine. It helps reduce the negative effects of stress. It improves mood. It helps with feelings of anxiety and depression symptoms.
