Dear Friends and Patients,

I am pleased to announce that as of April 11th, my office will be moving to a new location in the Dallas area. Our new practice name will be Eyes on Dallas, located at 12835 Preston Rd, Suite 218, Dallas, Texas 75230. Our phone number will not change; it is 214-890-9864.

My new office will be equipped to provide you with a full spectrum of optometric services, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, designer eyewear, and an in-house optical lab.

I truly value you as a patient and am committed to providing you with the best quality care. I realize that this relocation may be an inconvenience, but we will strive to make the transition as seamless as possible.

Our last day seeing patients at the current location will be Saturday, April 9th. My team and I will be taking a short hiatus in order to get the new office up and ready for you. We will send out an email/text to notify you as soon as we start taking appointments at our new location, but we anticipate starting to see patients there in May.

It has been a pleasure having you as a patient, and I look forward to seeing you at my new location. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us or drop by the new office.

-Booking window will be 6 days a week
-We are limiting the number of people in our office by spacing out appointment times and limiting entry for patients only (with the exception of minors)

-Masks are required for everyone who enters the office (if you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you at no cost)
-Frequent disinfection of all equipment and commonly touched surfaces will be enforced
-Temperature check is required for all patients

With the breaking news about COVID-19 constantly developing, our goal has been to provide healthcare and eyecare services to help you care for your families and friends and to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus. Based on the information we have today, we have made the extremely difficult decision to temporarily close our office.

This closure will allow us to prioritize our efforts in attempt to provide safety and security to both our staff and our patients. We will still be responding to requests remotely everyday.
