VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION 🌟

Once a month, we host Good Day Cafe, an opportunity for volunteers of HHM Health to come and host a cafe in the Northwest Community Center lobby.

Good Day Cafe is open to any person who walks in the doors of the building where HHM Health is located.

We are so grateful to the volunteers who gave up their time to serve delicious food and drinks to anyone who stopped by.

Psychiatry is now offered at HHM Health!

Dr. Zelada is a dual-trained and board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry with five years of experience from UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Hospital. A UC Davis School of Medicine graduate, he provides compassionate, integrative care that connects physical and mental health, with interests in medical psychiatry, chronic disease, and holistic wellness.

He serves as Clinical Faculty for the Internal Medicine residency at THR Dallas and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the ACP, APA, and AMP. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, exploring new restaurants, cooking, outdoor activities, music, and travel.
