Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) created by Ann and Chris Fredrick uses traction and wave like stretches on a massage table to help your body relax and access its full ability for mobility. When your body regains its flexibility and range of motion you are less inclined to injury. When you are mobile your body compensates less and is able to function in the way that it was designed to move. With a balance of stability and mobility pain and injury can become minimal to non existent in your life. The goal of Stretch Four life is to help you move and live without pain!
