At Elevate Coffee Trading, everything we do is rooted in one core idea: That our daily routines can be a force for good — starting with your morning coffee - with ripple effects both here at home and in the communities where it’s grown.

We are a family owned & operated, purpose-driven, specialty coffee roasting company, local to Dallas, TX.

I, Michael, run the daily operations from sourcing the highest quality coffee we can offer, roasting, packaging + shipping, & running regular in person events. I’m a first generation Guatemalan-American, which is why we are so passionate about helping improve quality of life & opportunity for children in Guatemala through our sales & trips out there.

My wife, Alicia Donaji (AKA Dona) is a Dallas ISD elementary school principal from Mexico (recent Principal of the Year!). She helps with strategy, inspiration, & is the heartbeat of our passion on the frontline of children’s education.

If you’ve been part of our journey for a while, you already know that every bag of coffee helps provide clean water for children in coffee-producing countries and also helps support education here in our local community.

But what you may not know is how much of a difference you’ve made.

Because of customers like you, we’ve collectively been able to:
💧Help fund clean water initiatives for children in need in Guatemala through our nonprofit partners & .

📚Support schools and local education here in our community through teacher appreciation, fundraisers for extracurricular activities, school supplies & more.

📝Continue our tradition of sending handwritten thank-you notes with every e-commerce order (it’s small but means a lot to us & we hope you’ve enjoyed them ☺️).

We’re incredibly grateful. Truly.
