👋 Meet Dr. Samantha Gade
We are so excited to welcome Dr. Samantha to the Genesis Pt & Wellness Team 💛

Dr. Samantha Gade, OTD, OTR is an occupational therapist passionate about supporting women through every stage of life - from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. She takes a holistic, root-cause approach to care, integrating pelvic health, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle factors to help women feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies. She is deeply committed to empowering women with the tools, education, and support they need to truly THRIVE.

As a mom herself, Samantha understands the real-life demands women face and is dedicated to providing care that is both practical and empowering. She is passionate about bridging the gap between traditional care and a more integrative, whole-person approach to wellness.

Dr.Samantha’s Schedule:
Mon: 8:30–1:00
Tue: 8:30–1:00
Wed: 8:30–1:00 (in Grapevine)
Thu: 11:30–4:00

Her hours will shift starting 5/25/26 to offer more Addison afternoon availability, YAY!
