In our free 90-minute workshop on February 24th at 1:30, will teach you what’s actually happening when you lift, run, or jump — and what needs to change so you can finally stop leaking in your workouts!

Do you p*e yourself when you run?
And it always seems to happen 20–25 minutes in? 👀🏃‍♀️

Here’s the thing… that’s not because your pelvic floor is “weak.”

When leaking shows up mid-run, it tells me something very specific as a pelvic floor physical therapist.
Your system is hitting its limit.

This is usually a whole-body problem, not a pelvic floor problem.

When you run, your body has to manage pressure and load over and over again.
If your rib cage isn’t moving well…
If your breathing strategy isn’t efficient…
If your foot and ankle aren’t doing their job…
If your hips aren’t absorbing load…

👉 the pelvic floor becomes the victim.
And leaking is the signal.

That’s exactly why I’m hosting a FREE workshop for women who leak when they run or work out! 🎉

We’ll break down:
✅ why leaking actually starts
✅ why kegels usually don’t fix it
✅ what needs to change so you can run without worrying about bathrooms or pads

If this is you…

You don’t have to accept leaking as “just part of running.”
We can change this. We’ve got you! 💪✨

If kegels were the answer, leaking wouldn’t show up the moment you add sp*ed, load, or impact.

But that’s not what happens.

What we see is this:
kegels train a muscle out of context.
Workouts demand your entire system to manage force — repeatedly, dynamically, and under fatigue.

When that system can’t keep up, pressure has to go somewhere. And the pelvic floor ends up absorbing it — not because it’s weak, but because it’s being asked to do too much.

That’s why:
• symptoms show up only at higher intensity
• things feel “fine” until you push harder
• pelvic floor–only strategies don’t hold under real training demands

This isn’t about doing more exercises.
It’s about changing how your body handles pressure and load when it actually matters.

That’s exactly what Dr. Becky is teaching during our FREE, live workshop on February 24th for women who want to train without planning around leaks.

You’ll learn:
• what kegels miss
• what your symptoms are pointing to
• the first step toward building real workout tolerance

Leaking during workouts is almost never just a pelvic floor problem. It’s a PRESSURE + LOAD problem!

When the systems above and around the pelvic floor — breath, core strategy, movement patterns, and training demands — aren’t sharing load well, the pelvic floor becomes the victim.

That’s why so many active women:
• do kegels consistently
• stretch and focus on breathing
• modify workouts or avoid impact
• even see pelvic floor therapy
…and STILL leak as soon as intensity shows up.

The pelvic floor isn’t failing.
It’s responding to a system that hasn’t been rebuilt yet.

That’s exactly what our FREE, live workshop taught by Genesis Founder and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Dr. Becky breaks down 👇
📅 February 24th | 1:30–3:00 PM Central

Inside, you’ll learn:
• the real reason workouts trigger leaking
• why pelvic floor–only fixes don’t translate to the gym
• the first step to rebuilding capacity so your body can tolerate load again

This isn’t about managing symptoms forever.
It’s about understanding the root cause — so you can train without holding back.

Let me tell you why 👇

Leaking or feeling pelvic floor pressure under load means there is too much force pressing down on to the front of your pelvic floor muscles, where your bladder is.

Too much force that your pelvic floor can’t manage = leaking or pressure.

The fix is to decrease the amount of force coming down.

A lot of people will tell you… lift lighter weights to decrease the force. And they’re right, that WILL.

But I’m here to tell you, you don’t have to decrease weight in the gym. We just have to displace the force so there’s not as much in one area.

The 2 ways we do this is…

1- better force absorption and displacement from the ground up. It starts at the foot.

2- increase volume at the ribcage so the pressure has more space to be displaced away from the front of the pelvic floor.

These 2 key things will allow you to lift heavier weights without leaks or pressure symptoms 🔥

This is exactly what Dr. Becky, owner of Genesis Pt and Wellness and pelvic floor PT, will be teaching you in our Resilient Body program.

It’s a 12 week virtual pelvic floor rebuild designed for moms who are DONE being held back by leaking or prolapse in the gym. 💪

Our waitlist cart is now open! Comment “RESILIENT” for access and $400 off the Resilient Body Program.

We start March 9th!

This could be the last time you worry about leaking or prolapse in the gym 💪

Your feet might be why you leak!

Especially if leaking is happening when you lift, or perform impact activity like jumping or running. 👀

Our feet are the first line of defense for absorbing force and transferring loads. If they are not doing their job, you may leak or have prolapse symptoms when you workout.

This is because it put a lot more strain on the pelvic floor muscles!

Feet are just one piece of the puzzle though… we also have to look top town, assessing your ribcage and pelvis as well!

It’s all part of the big picture. And usually— your pelvic floor is simply the victim.

This is why kegel exercises are not helping 🥲 It’s not addressing the root cause.

If you’re ready to be DONE for good with leaking or prolapse when you workout, and you want to do it in a way that is specific to you, your body, and your goals…

You’re perfect for my upcoming Resilient Body Program!
