More Than Just Chest Compressions 🩹
Prep'ing that home, car & school emergency kit looks a lil' different nowadays. Yesterday's training sesh went beyond the basics to cover:
✅ Opioid Awareness, recognizing the B.L.U.E., & Narcan use
✅ Stop the Bleed when no tape is available
✅ Adult, Child, & Infant Choking Rescue

Being prepared means being ready for all situations. These amazing residents walked away with a massive toolkit of skills! 🎒❤️

Skills, Not Just Screens 🛠️
There is no substitute for getting hands-on. Yesterday in Grand Prairie, we got down (on the mats, lol) to master the rhythm of high-quality CPR and the precision of AED use.

Whether it’s for a neighbor, a family member, or a stranger in the grocery store, having the 'muscle memory' to step in is a total game-changer and lifesaver. So proud of the focus and energy in this room! 💪✨

Mira Lagos is Heart-Safe! ❤️
We had an absolutely incredible night at the Mira Lagos HOA Clubhouse in Grand Prairie! Huge shoutout to this proactive group of residents who spent their evening leveling up their lifesaving skills.

From Adult & Pediatric CPR to Narcan administration and Choking rescue—these folks are ready to act when it matters most. Seeing a community come together like this is exactly why I love what I do. 🫶
