This weekend, I had the honor of stepping onto the Masters Olympia stage for the second time in my career — and what an experience it was.
Being one of the OGs in this sport since turning pro in 2012, I’ve seen the bikini division evolve into one of the most competitive stages in the world.
I’m beyond grateful to the for giving us athletes a platform to showcase not only our physiques, but also the years of dedication, discipline, and heart this sport demands. I’ve competed in over 50 pro shows, including 3 Olympias and the Arnold Australia, and I can honestly say that stepping onto any Olympia stage is a huge accomplishment in itself — one that only a small percentage of athletes will ever experience. But today, it takes a whole new level of physique, perseverance, discipline, and consistency compared to a decade ago.
A heartfelt thank you to the promoter for working tirelessly to bring this incredible event to life us, and to the judges — not only for the hard job of making calls in such a competitive lineup, but also for taking the time to give us feedback and pushing us to be better.
I didn’t walk away with the placing I hoped for, but I walked away with gratitude, perspective, and still a 🔥 fire that burns brighter than ever!!.
Thank you to my coach for your relentless guidance, and my friends back home for their endless encouragement
To anyone chasing a dream- your age is nothing but a number when your heart is in the fight. Sometimes, the real win is showing up, giving it your all, and refusing to quit.
Thank you 🇯🇵 for the memories — now it’s time to rebuild, evolve, and return. 💪🔥
