Note to self. As a yoga teacher, I am constantly giving reminders to the beautiful people that come to my classes to love and embrace their bodies exactly where they are today. I want to keep myself accountable to living what I say. I can be my own most hyper critic. I am really trying to practice what I preach. We’re wrapping up and I wanted to share a little about my journey. I my desire is to inspire anyone going through a time of grief, helplessness, or shame to hang in there. It’s and Wellness Week at SMU Dedman School of Law. I was honored to be invited to guide yoga inspired mindful movement this morning out on the quad! It was a beautiful way to start the day with intentional inspired action to incorporate more compassion, tenderness, and peace through breath and motion. Everyone did and amazing job, AND we had a great time! 😃 I am so happy. It has been an absolutely wonderful day. Sending out kind and loving energy to everyone today. 🙌🏾🙏🏾✨🧘🏾‍♀️❤️💙

I had the privilege to start my day off with meditation and yoga at Klyde Warren Park facilitated by an amazing organization called . It was my first time taking a class taught by the brilliant . I was energized, challenged, and rebalanced to take on the day with joy and purpose. Shout out to , the founder and CEO of Yena, and all the great work she and her team does to provide accesible yoga to the community. They are hosting classes at Klyde Warren every Sunday till the holiday season kicks off. Follow their page for more information on upcoming events and also donate to the cause. Their work is elevating and nurturing adults and children throughout Dallas. 🩵🩵🩵🩵
