YES!! You can cook with your essential oils !!👩‍🍳 🍲👨🏿‍🍳
quick tip - e oils are very potent - it is easy to get a little too much - sometimes people like to start with a toothpick inserted into your e oil bottle and then stir it in and taste - once you get used to cooking with e oils, you will figure out what works best for you 😊

Essential Oil Intelligence

Great studies show Copaiba with its wonderful chemical makeup of β-Caryophyllene, slows the development of induced MS in mice.
We are doing a challenge at our office right now recording before and afters not only for MS symptoms but arthritis and pain.
If you want to try Copaiba, please reach out. I will answer questions and get you started.
I use a drop under my tongue at night and in the morning.
Wishing you all the very best in health and love of life!
Sarah

It has been a challenge since COVID to want to take my Tecfidera for my MS. I had many challenges with Copaxone. Heart palpitations, shortness of breath and bowel issues. Tecfidera requires you get your liver enzymes checked every 6 months and my skin flushes and bowel issues every time I tried to get to the recommended dose. It is hard balance of what to do. My sister just had an awful skin reaction after taking Copaxone for over 10 years. We were talking about what can we do in the mean time. She is taking a break with the guidance of her neurologist and I shared with her research I found on PUBMED about Copaiba essential oil and its huge main chemical makeup β-Caryophyllene.
Here are the articles I found.
Experiments on mice with induced MS.
Read the abstract and you will see they have found this oil chemistry does this
"Histopathological and histomorphometric analysis confirmed that BCP treatment significantly reduced the numbers of inflammatory infiltrates and attenuated neurological damages in the CNS of EAE-mice." & "It is suggested that copaiba oil acts on the mechanism of development of EAE by IFN-γ, IL-17 and TNF-α inhibition, modulating the immune response on both Th1 and Th17 cells."
Long words to say it reduces the cytokine reaction, reduces inflammation and protects the brain.
Below you will find links to the research articles.
I hope they will do more studies.
As for me, I do a drop under my tongue in the morning and at night along with my D, B, fish oil and multi.

The dōTERRA Center for Integrative Oncology

Just another reason why we love dōTERRA. Paving the way for integrative medicine. So proud to be part of this world. They are also opening integrative wellness centers across the country. The first being in Nashville. I love the integrity. I love that they are at the forefront of a movement. I love that John Hopkins uses these oils for studies because they know these oils are the most pure and medicinal. I love that they geek out over providing a product that is tested scientifically and shown to be too notch above the rest.

Essential oils (I like doTERRA) and chiropractic medicine are a natural fit as both philosophies are based in innovating solutions to complex health problems, seeking pharmaceutically-minimized healing, promoting self-empowerment and embracing whole-self wellness.

But we can also use essential oils for a much more basic reason — it’s important for patients to be comfortable when being adjusted.

Feeling at ease can help relax muscles, making the adjustment easier and reducing residual soreness.

So next time, ask about how we can include doTerra essential oils in your treatment it.

If you have questions about essential oils please feel free to message me.

Neuro Emotional Technique | Natural Awakenings Lancaster-Berks

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) was developed by Dr. Scott Walker nearly 30 years ago. It is a stress-reduction technique that may help ease various mind and body stress-related symptoms.

Chronic stress affects our brain and our adrenal glands causing over stimulation of the fight or flight response of the nervous system. Day to day events can subconsciously remind us of unresolved past traumatic events and then cause ongoing chronic stress patterns to surface. NET helps to find and eliminate conditioned emotional responses and stops these recurring patterns.

Muscle testing can be used to access the changes in the body, including the changes caused by the emotional response. The muscle testing works much like an involuntary reflex response.

Feel like you’ve hit the ground running in 2020 (or maybe just hit the ground)?

This blend is AMAZING for taking control of the everyday stresses.

Let’s talk. Consultations are always free. Better yet book a session and we’ll incorporate some Adaptiv!

Not only is the Adaptiv™ product line revolutionary because of the amazing benefits it provides, it also represents a landmark case for the doTERRA® clinical research team.

This study involved a larger number of doTERRA scientists than any previous in-house trial. It was also the first involving psychological elements—including the youngest study participants in any doTERRA trial—and investigated something we all face: stress.

What benefits have you enjoyed from the new Adaptiv line?
