The clinic was my go to clinic since they're open on Weekends, lab is done inside and they have Pharmacy as well. I had a visit on March 27, 2022 about my daughter seeing a neurologist. I emailed Dr. Jorge supporting documents from her school to be sure he sends out Referral to be seen. We even had bloodwork drawn. I called in April to check if the referral had been sent off. I was told it had and it takes a while for Doctor's to set up appointments. Here it is May 4, 2022 still nothing. My mother called to check the status, Cindy told her there was no documentation of a referral in place. So I called. I spoke Cindy again. I let her know that I was lied to and this whole time I'm waiting for the neurologist to call, but clearly they're not because Dr. Jorge never sent the referral. Instead of apologizing and sending the referral. She places me on a brief hold, she clicks back over and hangs up. I called back. I'm placed on another hold. She comes back on, I state my name. Cindy places me on another hold and hangs up. My daughters learning is in question and all I want to do is have supporting professional documentation so I can get her the help that she needs to succeed. This is wrong. I will now look for another pediatrician.
