Update: 36 hours now after our 2nd dose of the covid vaccine 2nd. 35 weeks pregnant and feeling great. No covid symptoms 🙏🏼 no reactions. Baby’s movements are normal and we are happy 💓

The vaccine is a personal decision that my obgyn helped us make, but it still is up to you. Keep yourself healthy . 💙

34 weeks preggo but still moving my body at least 30 min every morning! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The ugly truth:
• I can’t running anymore
• I can’t sleep well
• I’m not eating healthy as I wished
• I have anxiety and panic attacks (learning about it don’t worry)
• I can’t tie my shoes 😅
• I’m taking antidepressants
• I feel like a lost my brain 35% 🙊 and can’t remember things.... 😬

BUT I’m growing a little tiny baby with this body and with all this mess around... can you believe it? 🤗

Share your “ugly truth” with me, I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one right...? 😅

Recuerdo del día que creí que podría correr medio maratón embarazada... lo cierto es que al menos pude darle una vuelta completa al lago antes de no poder correr ni una milla 😅👏🏼...

Yep... he cambiado completamente a caminar/trotar en vez de correr. El dolor de pelvis me estaba haciendo MÁS miserable y nada estaba ayudando.
Ya no me acuerdo cuando fue la última milla completa que pude correr jaja pero aquí seguimos intentando por lo menos poder correr un minuto seguido 😅...

*Insertar buenas vibras aquí, y muchas porras porque aún nos faltan muchas semanas*

I have something to say... running is really hard, as hard as you thought it would be or worse BUT you’ll fall in love anyways.

And I have to confess that running while pregnant is the hardest race training I’ve ever done. 😅 🤰🏽

Oh yes! We are expecting and we’re more than grateful to be waiting for the little one to cross the finish line. 😅
All the times I had been training for a race I experienced a lot of feelings, pains, happiness and after crossing my first finish line I realized that it was not the end of a journey, but the beginning of a new one as a runner. I now know that when I cross the finish line of this pregnancy race it will be the starting line of our greatest adventure ever.

In the meantime we try to enjoy as much possible. I feel like the perfect running shoes for this baby, and hubby is the best nutritionist for him. Oh and it’s a boy btw!! 👟🧢
