October 17th begins our virtual 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion Training Course! Each Monday evening from 6pm until 8:30pm, participants will cultivate skills of self-compassion with experiential exercises and practices they can apply in their daily lives. Sometimes it’s hard to accept who we are. We struggle with feeling comfortable in our own skin. We’re hard on ourselves and can’t help but see all the flaws. 🤔
