5 Tips to Stay Calmer during Covid-19 Epigenetic Restructuring
1. Create a Schedule to maintain as much ‘normalcy’ as possible. Get dressed. Look at your home as a work station during certain hours.
2. Get physical: Stretch while coffee/tea is brewing. Open windows and breath in the ‘fresh’ air. Move things around… pick up after yourself, put things away. Move furniture around to create a new look. Go through rooms and explore; you can get rid, re-organize of do what you want there… but do something.
3. Read inspiring books, magazines, on-line webinars etc. Create your ‘legacy’, identify your values and put down your thoughts about politics, fashion, gender issues, education, history. Hopefully it will be ‘thoughtful, not a rant ( who needs that right now?) Be curious and come to some understanding of what your unique self is doing on this earth… (not to say that you have to ‘do’ anything; but just review your likes what you seems to be good at, how you relate to others or to a career)
4. Be creative. OH, there are so many art, movement, gardening, singing, writing prompts out there. Take an idea from #3, and express it.
5. Take a ball and bounce it gently. If you are with others in your home, do it in a circle with them. Each person bounces the ball once toward someone else, and say what you are grateful/thankful for. Go around 20 times. Each day, or each week!

Although Clinical in nature, Personal Growth is the main purpose of the group. Together we meet others who carry similar stories of Self Respect, Disbelief, Honor, Fear, Love, Denial, Compassion, Embarrassment, Courage and many other aspects of life-experiences.
The group shares back their story and a review of how each of the skills/actions that were experienced can be used as a skill to reduce Anxiety, Depression and Internal Conflicts.
OBJECTIVES
· explore three techniques of ‘bottom-up’ embodied technique to use with clients
· Explore and experience expressive tools to use with self or clients.
· Understand the theory and use of an artistic expression in the context of finding unconscious material that may be influencing behaviors
· Experience embodied movement to warm up latent material within muscular memory.
