All that arguing, saying wild stuff in anger, then acting like nothing happened... that don't sit right with me anymore.
Some things you say can't be taken back. I might play it cool, but I never forget. That disrespect lingers in the back of my mind. And the truth is, every time it happens, I lose a little more respect for you. We might talk again, we might laugh again, but it won't ever be the same... because once l stop seeing you the way I used to, I never see you the same again.

Healing isn’t loud. It doesn’t always look like progress or strength or positivity. Sometimes healing looks like rest, boundaries, tears you didn’t expect, and choosing yourself even when it feels uncomfortable. It looks like unlearning survival mode and reminding your nervous system that you are safe now. Be patient with yourself in this season—your body and heart are doing important work, even on the days it feels invisible.
