What I am going to share with you in this page, website and my soon to be published book, will hopefully get you started in the right direction toward a healthier, happier life. I believe we can heal ourselves and stay healthy with good nutrition, exercise, positive attitude, love and compassion. I know this works because I have experienced it personally. It wasn’t until I started a full

-time yoga practice that I started to change my ways. The interesting part was that no one pushed their yogic eating principles on me. It was simple — the more I practiced, the more my desire for good, healthy fuel grew. In my nutritional studies I learned about the ancient practice of Ayurveda and absorbed the organic food culture completely and how this ancient science of life can be applied to modern day dieting. Everything fascinated me, but the most enlightening part was how I felt when I ate this way: awesome. Yoga is one of the most powerful ways to restore health, because it brings the five elements of our being into a harmonious relationship with each other. Namaste
