I grew up in Calumet County, WI so I can tell you this recipe is the real deal! We'd go to the Schwarz's Supper Club after Mass every Sunday before the kids were born. It was the place to be so you'd wait ages for your food, the cheese spread and a relish tray were always very necessary to hold you over! I've greatly missed our supper clubs since moving south so I've started making a similar menu when girlfriends come over. The familiar flavors are a little slice of home ❤️ "
