My morning smile šŸ’š

My day doesnā€™t really start until I wander through my flower garden. I look for new buds, for bad bugs and good ones mostly. I take my time. And today this little friend was my reward!

My yard has become a welcome home for so many creatures, an unexpected gift beyond the plants I grow. More birds, more insects. Squirrels, snakes. They seek out the natural spaces, small as they are, that are chemical free have healthy soil and plants to find cover and food. This microcosm is amazing!

My wish for you today is that you spend some quiet time in nature. Take it all in. Soak it up. Breathe šŸ’š

Overnight oats with almond mild and chia seeds is a favorite, with a topping of yogurt and blueberries is my new favorite.

Yesterday was beautiful! I took my mom and mother in law to one of my favorite nurseries,

Itā€™s just a 20 minute drive from my house, Iā€™m so lucky! They have the most amazing selection of unique perennials. I told myself I wasnā€™t buying, so leaving with 4 new plants was successful Iā€™d say!

Be sure to look through to the end for some adorable friends among the flowers.
