Campbell Center Pediatrics

Does anyone have a GREAT & CARING Pediatrician that accepts Aetna? Also comfortable with and understands ADD and Dyslexia? My current/X Dr. is horrible!!!! Dr. Abel and his PA Susan Bacsik. I have been going for years and am finally fed up with the 10-15min window allotted to patients. We can NEVER get a thorough exam or conversation that adds value. The appointment chick with curly hair has set out appointment for the wrong issue or concern 2c and never owns the mistake. Extremely argumentative.... We sat there for an hour to get 10mins and no solution/results and was basically kicked out because our time was up and they had to see more patients. This is not a "Patient" focused clinic. I was told I could see Dr. Moore (who was actually recommended by my physician) scheduled the appointment. Curly hair aggressive argumentative scheduler caused all kinds of confusion and sent me back to Abel's assistant "Who had no time for me in her schedule". I specifically said... I need to see Someone who has TIME. Instead of honoring my appointment time with Dr. Moore I was told that I need to see Susan and that she would have time. "not true".... and our reason for coming was not addressed AT ALL!!!! They have been the WORST experience ever over the last 3 years and I was hoping these experiences were a 1 off. Just came on a busy day. Maybe the Doc is in a hurry. Created all kinds of excuses for THEM in my head. But the truth is they really didn't have time for true diagnosis and conversations and Curly head appointment setter is very inefficient on the frontline. I hope they get better and become more "Patient" focused at some point. Another wasted inefficient day at the pediatrician's Office.
