Update: Elijah is doing well he had a nap and had 2ozs of milk. The nurses are continuing to give him pain meds to stay on top of the pain. He’s breathing great.

Good news! Elijah is doing really well, so the wonderful nurses in ICU said they are going to miss him so they sent him on his way to the new floor and new room.

6:12 am all tubes were removed and mom gets to hold him for the first time since surgery 😍😍!

We got a chance to see Elijah in transit from the Operating room to CICU.

Good news! God is amazing!! Spoke with the Surgeon and all repairs have been made and he is doing great. She was able to close the hole in his heart, she was able save the pulmonary valve and only slit it a little. This was her main concern, she did not want him to have a leaky valve. Please continue to pray as the next 24-48 hours is critical. But he’s doing well. Thank you all for the prayers.
