Re-upped my bay leaf stash from a different supplier, and the leaves are gigantor. The two in the upper left are my previous bay batch.
Gigantor Bay = ๐๐ช๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐ต๐ข๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ข also known as ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ฃ ๐ฝ๐๐ฎ or ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐.
An evergreen tree native to the Himalayan region, used for both culinary and medicinal purposes. Its aromatic leaves are a popular spice in Northern India and are used in traditional medicine for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and other beneficial properties.

They are rich in nutrients and antioxidants and have potential health benefits, such as aiding digestion and supporting the immune system, and are used in both cooking and traditional medicine.
