The week 3 stall can feel discouraging, but it’s actually a normal part of the recovery process. Your body is healing, shifting fluids, and adjusting hormones and all of that can temporarily slow the scale.
This doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. It doesn’t mean your progress stopped.
Stay consistent, trust your plan, and give your body the time it needs. The weight loss will pick up again.
