This patient experienced contraction of her upper lid that made a big difference for her as well as resurfacing of the lower lid. She has not only skin laxity but she got meaningful improvement from the treatment plan.

After 5 syringes of filler the patient felt lifted and contoured because I expanded only the fat compartments that were concave. I precisely filled the valleys and not the hills to play with where the light hits her face. Filler doesn’t actually lift but only expands. A smart and experienced injector can use filler to your advantage as your age or weight loss threatens to make you look tired or feel saggy.

2024 was a year of growth, grit, and gratitude. It pushed me out of my comfort zone in ways I never imagined. There were moments when I was just barely hanging on, but looking back, I see the strength I didn’t know I had—and the people who made the journey worthwhile.

To the new friendships that brought fresh perspectives and the old ones that kept me grounded: thank you. You reminded me of the joy in the struggle and the beauty in persistence.

This year, I stood on stages I once feared, made financial leaps that terrified me, and led my team with everything I had. Allie & I chose to design the experience for our patients that prioritized evidence and outcomes—despite advice to do otherwise—and it’s been one of the most rewarding decisions of my career.

I can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store for us. Lets go!

Nurse Practitioner

Jen is a nationally certified and state licensed Nurse Practitioner located in Dallas, TX at Lemmon Avenue Plastic Surgery Center. Internationally trained in aesthetic medicine, her aesthetic journey started 15 years ago when she began working for a physician owned medical spa as a high schooler.

She continued in medical aesthetics throughout nursing school and grad school. Her education has always been very important to me in my career and otherwise. Her motto has always been to do things the right way. No shortcuts!
