Complementing the many gyms, workout studios, and spas in the Dallas area, Breathe offers simple and effective meditation and wellness techniques to ease the stresses of modern life, healing from the inside out.
Who We Are.
We are a mediation and wellness studio offering a wide range of classes—guided, solo, group, private—and workshops appropriate to everyone from experienced practitioners to those meditating for the first time.
We encourage you to explore and discover all of the various techniques offered. Additional energy healing and balancing modalities offered at Breathe include crystal-bed therapy, halotherapy (salt therapy), acupuncture, Reiki, Yoga Therapy and more.
