🌱Just close your eyes and relax.

There are two things you need to do not to get discouraged with your workouts.

The very first step that you need to take on the way to a proper diet is to exclude the so-called “food garbage” from your daily menu:

- sugar and sugary products
- white flour
- fast food (burgers, chips, snacks, etc.)
- sweet drinks
- mayonnaise, ketchup, and other fat and sugary sauces

1️⃣ These are products with low nutritional value. They do not bring any benefit to your body. 2️⃣ These are high-calorie foods that are stored very quickly in belly fat. 3️⃣ Most of these foods do not fill the body, so you will still feel hungry and eat an excess rate of food.
